What is Life Coaching? Important things to consider

I strictly offer coaching services that focus on developing skills and using tools to improve your quality of life.

What you can expect:

  • Exercises that help identify what is important to you

  • Support goal setting

  • Support developing action plans to get you to your goal

  • Meditation exercises

  • Journaling prompts

  • and more!

Coaching does not include:

  • Working through traumatic experiences

  • Working through symptoms of mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression

  • Therapeutic interventions

If I find through our work that the you are dealing with mental health issues that are not appropriate for life coaching, I will refer you out and will assist with identifying an appropriate provider.
