Coaching does not include:
Working through traumatic experiences
Working through symptoms of mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression
Therapeutic interventions
If I find through our work that the you are dealing with mental health issues that are not appropriate for life coaching, I will refer you out and will assist with identifying an appropriate provider.
